Sonia is a successful and distinguished entrepreneur and transformation strategist with over 25 years of experience leading enterprise systems and change management across global energy and manufacturing markets. She is the Founder, President, and CEO of Virtual Intelligence Providers, LLC, a pioneering firm in SAP disruptive practices and organizational transformation.
Over her career, Sonia has led complex ERP implementations for Fortune 100 companies in over 70 countries and is fluent in four languages. Her leadership has been recognized by more than 35 awards, including honors from the U.S. Congress, the White House, and the Houston Business Journal. She also chairs GET: Global Energy Transition and serves on various foundations and advisory boards related to innovation, education, and veterans support.
A highly regarded keynote speaker, Sonia recently addressed the United Nations and the International Gas and Energy Forum on the social and labor impact of Industry 4.0 and Energy 2.0. She also contributes to public service as a gubernatorial appointee to the Texas Judicial Council.
She holds two degrees in Business Administration, an MBA from Harvard University, and a postgraduate certificate in Business Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.
